Terms and Conditions

  1. Served from Monday to Friday. No delivery on Public Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.
  2. Skip Meal Policy
    (Please notify 1 to 2 working days in advance):

    • 5 days package – up to 1 day
    • 10 days package – up to 2 days
    • 20 days package – up to 4 days
  3. No refund will be given for early cancellation or termination of order before the date of expiry.
  4. For use of Tingkat, we will collect back all Tingkat carriers issued at the end of the contract.
