We know how important it is to receive your products when you expect them, especially if you have ordered something for a specific occasion. As such, we are committed to deliver the items to you in the quickest time depending on the size and weight of your parcel. Items will either be packaged nicely in a paper box, paper bag or plastic bag.
Delayed Delivery
In light of COVID-19, deliveries may take longer than usual to arrive. We also strongly recommend opting for contactless delivery.
Payment Method
We accept the following payment options:
- Paynow (UEN: 201309427C)
- Bank Transfer
UOB 354-305-783-3, Banking code 7375. Under comments for the recipient, please indicate your address and/or invoice number.
In cases where extra charges are involved, all costs will be borne by customers.
When making payment, you may opt to save your payment method for your order after login into your account. If you do not want to save your payment details to your account, then you can also enter them when you come to pay for your order.
We take your security very seriously, therefore your details are safe with us. We also take fraud very seriously too, so all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and the card issuer. To better protect our customers when making online payments by card you may be presented with 3D secure security measures when paying. This is dependent on your bank issuer and may require you to enter a password or get a security code via email or phone.

Delivery Charges
1a) Buffet and Mini Buffet Delivery
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $800.00 (excl GST). This offer is valid online only and is applicable to Singapore delivery.
Any orders less than $800.00 (Food Items only) will be charged:
– $50.00 for a full buffet setting delivery
– $30.00 for a mini buffet delivery
Do note that our delivery timing is between 9.00am to 10.00pm.
Last collection is 10.00pm regardless of the 4 hours food cook time.
Please note that delays can occur in delivery, and these delays are beyond our control. Alternatively, you may opt to self-collect your items (only Mini Buffet/Party Sets) at our location.

2. Tingkat Delivery
There is no additional delivery fee for Tingkat service. However, do note that there could be additional charges for the following where applicable:
1.Condo Charge: $1/entry per day
2.ERP Charge: $1/day
